My engagement ring, wedding band, and 1 year anniversary ring were all custom made by Zaki. I love them all and he was able to adjust the edges of one of them to make it more comfortable.
Absolutely lives up to the hype. I found this place through a reddit thread calling it the best jeweler in the city, and now I get why. I brought in a broken charm holder, and he fixed it beautifully and much faster than expected. Excellent craftsmanship, fair and transparent pricing, and genuinely kind service. Will definitely be back!
Zaki does great work, and was even able to help me on short notice and got it done early. My resized ring looks better than new!
Smooth experience from start to finish. Got a very quick response when I asked for a quote regarding a silver signet ring resize via email. When we met in person, the price moved up slightly ($60->75) because we needed to size up more than expected.
