Beware and find a different dentist!This past Friday night, I called to book an appointment for 11 AM Saturday. I was told they accepted my insurance and that there would be a $250 emergency fee to have a weekend appointment. I am absolutely shocked by my experience with this dental group. I came in to address a *************, expecting a straightforward solution, but was met with a shockingly unprofessional experience. Once Dr.Zakhor arrived, he performed two quick X-ray scans, then informed me that the procedure would cost $2,000. I had an incredibly negative experience with Dr. ******* I usually don't provide negative feedback, but my experience with this particular professional was exceptionally poor. Not only did I find him to be an unsatisfactory doctor, but I also believe he acted unethically. I paid him upfront $20,000 for a temporary bridge as part of a procedure, along with implants that were never properly completed.While waiting for the implants to heal, we needed temporary bridges to eat and drink without sensitivity issues. I urge, anybody reading this to stay far away from this individual. He is dangerous. I was severely injured by this individual as he performed a fake surgery allegedly supposed to be a bone graph where he took a fractured tooth, shoved it up into my canal and Sutured it in.sutured it in. I had to come here for an emergency tooth procedure on a weekend to fix an infection that got out of hand. The doctor made me pay everything up front without contacting my insurance for a 2 part procedure. After not feeling good about my experience and wanting to go to my own dentist I skipped out on the second part of the procedure so I could work with a dentist I trusted more. I had an awful experience at ****** Dental Group and would not recommend them. They charged me thousands of dollars for a service I told them several times I did not want (and did not receive). Dr. ****** personally assured me on multiple occasions that they would refund the money, but never did. I was hoping to work this out amicably, but was never able to.
