Zack Dental is amazing! From the doctors to the staff, everyone is awesome. They are very kind, respectful, and truly care about their patients. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. I always feel well taken care of here. shoutout to Marieta the Doctor Assistant and the beautiful super nice lady at the front desk!Highly recommended!
The two stars are for the staff alone. Would not recommend this practice or healthcare model. No transparency or continuity of care. This is not patient centered care and honestly felt like a bait and switch. I was not told until after X-rays for the initial exam had begun that it was a virtual dentist initial consultation. It was not mentioned when booking the appointment nor upon check in. Then we were told the "virtual diagnosing doctor" went home sick and wouldn't not be available today after all. Cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone was lovely and professional and there were good vibes in the environment. Quality of care remained top notch with the televisit experience and the whole visit was very streamlined and efficient. :)
