She is a great doctor.
Dr is amazing, but her staff is awful. I had an appointment set up for the 7th and the MA told me it was telehealth. I waited an hour and never got a call back. Called the next morning and they said it was in person, they said they could get me in same day and I called and they said they couldn’t. I now have to wait another week. I have endometriosis and im in severe pain. Had to go to the hospital per dr request 2 weeks ago and now I have to wait even longer to see the doctor due to her staff making a HUGE mistake!!! This OBGYN is incredible I am super high risk and I feel safe in her hands. Dr. Saifee and her staff go out of their way to not make you feel rushed in your appointments and their bed side manor rocks. A lot of doctors can definitely learn from this woman how to treat their patients. My fiancé & I are expecting & she’s had to make 3 different appointments because they’ve been getting cancelled randomly, she just found out by checking her portal that it was cancelled again. No knowledge of this & no warning nor any rescheduling. Very disappointed in how this doctors office works.
Dr. Saifee has been so amazing. I consulted with her regarding infertility concerns I had as my husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year. She did all necessary work up and was very patient with me. She is always quick to respond to my portal messages. I just recently got my first positive pregnancy test. Pregnancy has not been confirmed by ultrasound yet pending my second hormone lab results. I hope this pregnancy will see full term.
