I briefly volunteered here under the research department (1 week) and what I found was that they do not follow HIPAA at all. Patient information is openly discussed amongst staff members. Due to this reasons they discouraged me from talking to anyone from any other department. Which was kind of weird. The most shocking thing was how they monitored their camera and privacy policy. No customer service experience. No one knows what they are doing in this office. Patients cant' get their records or bills. The patient is supposed to get their own bills from outside provider because they are not able to provide them.
