Ive used thier services since maybe 2015. For the most everything was well with the exception of a dx disagreement on my insurance as a mental health professional myself I know the qualifications for dx but I digress. I am on short term disability and Dr Zaidi's office was able to fit me in yesterday when I explained my situation. I was to return to work today;however, I needed an extension on my leave. I explained this to Dr Zaidi and to Anna who answers the phone and takes payments. Dr Zaidi agreed to complete the form for extension. I explained the urgency to Anna and she seemed to understand. Dr. Zadi is more concerned with making as much money as he can rather than helping his patients !!!! This doctor will make you come in EVERY MONTH AND WILL NOT GIVE REFILLS SO THAT ONE DOES NOT HAVE TO COME IN EVERY MONTH !!! AND GOD FORBID YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR YOUR OFFICE VISIT FEE, DR. ZADI WILL NOT CALL YOU IN ANY MEDICINE TO GET YOU THROUGH !!!!!

I came to Dr. Zaidi with a carefully made list of concerns and symptoms. He didnt listen to anything I had to say and I left feeling more anxious than ever before. He repeatedly cut me off while I was talking, and became fixated on treating my "depression" even though I never mentioned depression. He made me call my parents during the the appintment to "make sure you're not going to harm yourself", and threatened to send me to a mental hospital If I didn't. Dr.Zaidi is a great Doctor, and has provided me with excellent care for 2 years now. I would recommend him to my friends and family for sure!

I honestly don’t know he is allowed to practice. Just as others have said, he spends about 10 minutes with you, writes prescriptions for 30 days only with 0 refills and forces you to return in those 30 days and denies any further refills. It’s like a factory he has going. No significant empathy for the patient.

My teen, an established patient for almost a year, recently saw Dr. Zaidi because her bipolar medicine (the only one he has tried) was not working as expected all of a sudden. Instead of addressing or even listening to the issue he told her he only had 10 minutes, did not have time to discuss treatment options, gave her a prescription for 30 more days and suggested she see another doctor.
