Usually golf course restaurants aren’t the best quality but alongside the views being spectacular, the food was right on par (no pun intended). The Baja tacos made with rockfish were sone of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. The fish was perfectly cooked and paired well with the abundant taproots (shredded carrots, radishes), purple cabbage, and pea sprouts. We added buttery avocado which tied the flavors together.
