Personable, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Hooks inspires confidence and when you follow his directions, you realize why. He really wants to help you improve. I listened and followed his instructions and was well much more quickly than I expected. Then he was nice enough to do a colonoscopy on me, and I don't remember a thing about it! Service that made me smile.
Have been to 6 MDs for AMD eye shots. Dr. F was the absolute best . Had excruciating pain after shot done by other Docs for MANY hours . Absolutely no pain at all when shot administered by Dr Franklin.
Dr Lener is amazing gift from God. He's very thoughtful, knowledgeable has experience galore since 1983. He listen to his patients. I've had two Colonoscopies and one Endoscopy. No problem came good as no new. No pain. I would recommend him to everyone. I'm a #1 Fan and patient. Thank you Dr Lerner. May God continue to bless your gifted hands.
I have to say it is rare these days to find a doctor who spends time with you. Explains my issues and answers my questions. I am so happy with him. He has been my gastrointestinal doctor for 6 years. He is a gem and his office staff from front desk to nurses, like April, are top notch!
The wait time was about what I expected.. Dr. Franklin was very pleasant and put me at ease. He took his time explaining things to me and answering my questions. He never made me feel rushed, yet I knew he was very busy. Everyone in is office was exceptional, from the young lady that was entering his notes, all the way through to check out. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be having surgery and try to remember to update this.
Had an appointment scheduled from 3-4 months ago got rescheduled twice make it to the appointment 10 minutes late due to waiting on my ride I was refused to be seen and they tried to reschedule me again but i refused I will find a different doctor
Dr Webster always takes time to talk to his patients. He doesn't talk down to them and respects what they have to say. He is very thorough with his exams and testing and has excellent bedside manner.
I write this review with great disappointment. I am truly baffled in the quality of care and lack of concern. Context: I've been experiencing chronic health issues from a young age, in the past 1 1/2 years it has escalated to a severe point leading to 2 different hospitalizations. I'm on antibiotics every month or every other month due to some kind of infection. I have neurological issues/damage, chronic joint pain and gut issues among other things. I have been seeing Dr Wilsdorf for over 5 years; I have been completely satisfied with each appointment. There has been times I needed him after hours; he has always called me back and helped resolve what I had going on. We appreciate “ good doctors” Dr Wilsdorf.
