Llego al lugar. La puerta cerrada, y despues d esperar un rato finalmente alguien me deja entrar y me dicen que ya solo atienden al que toque el timbre. Llevo mi paquete para enviar y un hombre y una señora me dicen que la que recibe los paquetes esta almorzando, pero que ya viene. I am honestly very concerned about the people who send packages with your company. I truly don’t understand how it’s possible that I’ve called repeatedly, only to receive the same response that they don’t know anything about the situation. Terrible service! I sent a package to Peru on May 3rd (Tracking number: HUA9913200222) and it’s now June 19th — the package still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve been calling every single day, and they still say they don’t have an answer for me. You can’t offer a service and promise delivery within a maximum of 3 weeks, and then take almost a month and a half. On top of that, they charged extra because customs added a fee — something that should’ve been included in the initial payment, not something they call to charge customers... read more

Debi leer esto antes de enviar mis artículos .Estoy esperando que me reajusten un precio injusto por el envío de unos productos que cuestan menos de lo mínimo que puedes declarar!! Tienen mi maleta detenida injustamente!!! Solo quiero decirles que ojalá y mis cosas lleguen bien al destino por que o sino tendrán un lío legal por que tienen que ser serios!
