I made my acquaintance with Austin and Jack in September of 2022. We are a mom and pop operation with one six unit multifamily building in Hawthorne. My wife and I were a little nervous, but Austin put us a ease. The process was detailed and Austin was patient with my questions. Austin and Jack were great to work with. I engaged with them to help sell a multi-family property in Inglewood. The market was getting a bit soft - but Austin and Jack were very effective at marketing the property and securing multiple offers. Once we were under contract, Austin and Jack assisted me through each remaining phase of the process... right up to closing. The team was thorough - but not pushy. Overall, they were very pleasant to work with. I'd definitely work with them again.
