Dr Z has an extremely busy schedule, however makes the time for his patient and asks questions as well as provide solutions and plan of action
Cancelled my appointment and set me up on zoom. I waited for over 45 minutes on zoom, tried calling the office 8 times with no answer. When I finally got through to the receptionist she informed me the link they sent me was an automated link and he got called to the hospital for another patient. Very unprofessional all the way around.
Excellent. I have visited Dr. Cheema for the last three years. He has helped me with my sleep apnea. Originally saw him when I thought I had Trigeminal Neuralgia as that is what the ER doctor told me. Dr. Cheema did a basic test for TN, and it came back negative. The ER did a spinal tap on me, but Dr. Cheema just did a non-invasive test. Since then I have had a bad tooth removed, which took away the horrible headache episodes (they last about 10 min). I saw Dr. Cheeks back in 2015- 2016. I visited his office 3 or 4 times. He didn't actually do anything for me. All he wanted to do was push drugs on me which I didnt want and never filled. I came to him looking for answers. In the end I fired him in front of the entire lobby. He is a hack!!!! Later no thanks to him I discovered I have Hemiplegic Migraines which are very serious, scary, and can we be deadly. I refuse to even be seen by Dr. Cheeks.
Dr Cheema did my EMG and was so very kind and gentle. The entire staff were excellent and caring. I saw reviews and almost canceled. So glad I didn’t as it was perfect to me and so impressed with the dr and every person from the minute I walked in the door till I left. His bedside manner was is the best and I saw a humble caring dr along with each staff person. He wanted to know my health problems and found out what was wrong and wished me the very best. I have an appointment coming up with this doctor, but I will now be canceling and looking for another neurologist after reading these reviews. I already have issues with doctors being rude or arrogant because if my age and amount of problems I have and I refuse to have a doctor especially a specialist that will not be thorough and explain things in detail to me. Doesn’t listen to patients on concerns on medication prescribed on initial visit. Prescribed medication and then doubled it when we questioned the need for it a month later. Called and left message about horrible side effects from meds. Pharmacy said to call dr right away, with the side effects that were occurring. Secretary said, effects were necessary. Avoid this doctor and his staff especially Karen. They do not care about you as a patient. My daughter has had a horrible experience with Dr. Cheema and his staff. From the first visit the experience has been bad. Dr. Cheema did not sign the prescription causing multiple days of delays starting a medication for Narcolepsy. Jaycie tried to get the medicine refilled and Karen was rude and blamed Jaycie for missing doses. My daughter tried for an entire week to obtain a refill and never got it. This guy doesn’t listen, doesn’t explain anything and just shchedules appointments 6 months out only to spend 5 minutes with you every visit. I see almost every specialist out there and he’s the only one I dislike out of all of them.
