My review pertains to Dr. Elika Safar Zadeh; however, it has been inadvertently registered under this doctor's name.
Her attitude was so poor that after three years, I had to find another specialist who treats me with respect and compassion. If you're her patient, expect to sit for 45 minutes despite arriving on time, as she often chats with friends or favorite patients in her office, laughing and having coffee while you wait, watch in hand, and fidgeting. Incredibly competent. I’m grateful for her knowledge.
Communication with this office is very difficult, and the overall experience has been disappointing. Dr. Afshan Zahedi and her secretary do not demonstrate professional behaviour, and appointments are never on time. I’ve had to wait more than 30 minutes for every visit, and this has happened multiple times. I’m looking forward to finding another specialist who values patients’ time and provides better communication and professionalism
