I think it is ran by one of the most incredible men I have ever met in my life. I was privileged enough to have worked for Rocco! I can tell you , one of the most talented chefs I have ever worked for. I was going through a lot in my personal life and it was hurting my work and Rocco tried to help me through it but when we both knew it wasn't working, he was a complete gentleman. Zaffron hands down has THE MOST DELICIOUS FOOD I HAVE EVER TASTED! A small hole in the wall Mediterranean restaurant that packs a punch in flavor and perfection in cooking!! We were there for a group event. The food was great and the service even better.
Love this restaurant! Delicious food and very friendly staff in a very nice atmosphere. We dined on the porch last night. Leisurely and cozy. I have to be gluten free and much of the menu is. Just fresh, delicious food.
Took a friend from Long Island here. She said it was one of the best meals she ever had. Not only is the food incredible, fresh, and wholesome, you can't beat the price!
