Dr. Vaughn is an absolutely terrible doctor. I came to him a few years ago with a meniscus tear. He treated it with surgery and then had me return to sports may to quickly which resulted in an immediate re injury and further damage which he had no idea how to treat. I ended up with a bone on bone knee at 17 years old. Dr. Vaughn is a disgrace to medicine and shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near patients! Do not trust a word he says.

--THE STAFF CHEATED ME AND GAVE ME SURPRISE BILL. MY PAIN IS STILL THERE. USELESS OFFICE GAVE YOU MORE PAIN.-- The front desk staff asked me to do X-ray before I saw the doctor because that is their standard process. I asked them to check my insurance and they informed me that the X-ray will be no extra charge in addition to my copay to the visit. However, that's not the truth. They submitted a separate claim for X-ray of a provider I don't know and that was not covered by my doctor's visit. The bill is 20 times of the copay... read more

Dr. Vaughn was the absolute perfect balance of kindness and excellent, high-level knowledge. He is so highly skilled that my physical therapist made a point to say what I already felt was true, that I had an excellent surgeon seeing the success I was having in my recovery. I had my ACL replaced from an injury nearly 30 years prior. I just wanted to say thank you to Dr Zachary Vaughn and His team for my knee surgery results. I’ve had five knee surgeries by other Dr’s. I chose Dr. Vaughn for my sixth! My is 100% and I feel like kicking field goals. The Stanford team was very professional. Dr. Vaughn and Jesse Smith are top notch. If you are in need of a knee surgery, give them a call.
