We had an appointment to view a home with Zack at 3pm. When he hadn't shown up by 3:05 I called him and it went to VM. At 3:10, he texted me that the house had gone pending the day prior and to let him know if there was anything else he could help us with. I could easily forgive forgetting an appointment or not letting us know the home had gone pending.
