Dr Oakey came across very prepared, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. Surpassed my expectations given it was the first time we met. Staff was very accommodating as my visit was an emergency visit on a late Friday afternoon. Keep up the great work and attitude.
I had a great experience with the specialist today. I was referred by someone, and I’m so glad I went. Doctor Oakey was very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me about my condition and answered all of my questions clearly. He also provided me with a referral for the next step in my care. Overall, I had an excellent experience and truly appreciated his professionalism and compassion.
From the moment I walked into Dr. Oakey’s office, I knew I was in for a great experience. I presented with CRVO with no clue of what to expect. The receptionist, technician & nurse were phenomenal. Huge kudos to my entire eye care team for moving fast and making sure I got immediate treatment to preserve my vision and avoid more serious complications. Dr. Is very knowledgeable and calming. He answers all questions and is very confident. I felt safe and I left feeling relieved. Of course we all feel that our condition is the most severe, but this doctor treats patients with patience! Staff was also very kind and efficient.
