I was having problems with my brakes. Midas quoted me over $1,100 for therepair. I brought my car to Zach’s Automotive for a second opinion. They looked it over, confirmed the same issues, and only charged me $650. They knew what Midas had quoted but didn’t try to take advantage or upsell me. The work was solid, the car drives great, and I really appreciated how straightforward they were. I’d recommend Zach’s to anyone looking for honest service and fair pricing.
I stopped at the shop due to a random sudden vehicle issue. I am new to the area and just happened to be near the business when the issue surfaced. After explaining the situation, the staff person took the time to identify the problem with my vehicle and correct it. I have probably now found my new auto repair shop thanks to his responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond.
I had my car in to check for a coolant leak, and they put it through a series of tests and didn't find anything wrong. And hardly charged me anything for their time either! I'll definitely be going back in the future.
