Great local builder for Santa Fe, NM. Helped us out tremendously with our decisions and design. Always upfront about potential issues and gave great alternatives when necessary. Building with costs so much, they gave us a great deal at every possible point. Felt like I was apart of the family! Can't recommend enough.

Sadly, this a typical builder who treats their customers like an ignorant ATM machine. Overpriced, untruthful and self-centered. They want you to pay $$$ only to explore land on your down payment. Has no problem trashing other builders in the area and, at the same time, telling the customers to avoid bringing them realtors at the deal. Classy!
