Wish my dad was still here. Unfortunately he died 1.3.22, minutes after leaving the ER with this ordering physician. How do you not immediately perform an abdominal CT on a man who has a history of ruptured (AAA) aneurysm with cc of radiating stomach pains is beyond me. Why did you not run cardiac enzymes or a standard EKG on a man with a history of myocardial infarction, stent work and a cardiac appointment the next day?! He was at your ER for FIVE hours!!
