Our experience with Zach Dooher was generally good, though he required us to take the lead at times. While the value for his services was appropriate, we had to suggest marketing ideas and ask him to implement them, including putting up street signs. Additionally, the sign he uses on the front lawn is not traditional but an inexpensive A-frame. Communication was usually clear, but he wasn’t always responsive when we reached out. Overall, he got the job done, but we had to be proactive in ensuring everything was handled.
Zach Dooher is hands-down the best real estate agent we’ve ever worked with! We’ve now sold two homes and purchased one with his guidance, and every experience has been fantastic. Zach did excellent! Sold my house in 2 days! Went above and beyond probably whats really required of his job. 100% behind with what I wanted in the sale of my previous house and buying of a new house. I was struggling to find a new house and he got the jump on a great house that I loved and ended up buying. Ill use zach as a realtor in any future sales and purchases
