RecommendedEasily the best insurance company I’ve been with. My rate has stayed and/or gone down since my time with Zach Pittsley. Today I called to switch my policy over to my vehicle and Zach had me taken care of in just a couple minutes. After I hung up I already had my new insurance card in my email.
I was recently in an accident totaling my car ,I had liability with zach’s State Farm office . When I called him to report it he didn’t tell me you got liability your on your own , as my last place did , no he went above and beyond his duties. He asked me to bring the report and contacted the drivers insurance and got the ball rolling immediately and it has been taken care of in a timely manner . Thanks Zach for having my back in a confusing and frustrating time
