I turned in an heirloom ring just looking to get it resized and was a little anxious about giving it over to the wrong people, but they gave it back looking better than I anything I could have ever expected! Not only did they resize it perfectly, but they also polished the ring and made it look better than the piece I had originally turned in!

From start to finish Zach and Tanya made the process smooth. Zach found exactly what I was looking for and had it in a few days. The chocolate diamond arrived and set into my ring beautifully. Tanya found me the perfect bands to accent the center stone. We could not be happier.
