40 years a go, I woke from a coma with Dr Mason explaining my situation. I had a blood clot on my brain 4” In diameter and 3/4” thick. I had to have surgery that day or I would die. There was still a 50% chance I would die anyway. If I lived, there was a 70% chance I would be a vegetable or paralyzed.
