Zach really seems to care about his clients. Every communication has been about doing the right/best thing for the clients. I am a home inspector and he always shows up for walkthroughs so he can be as educated and knowledgeable about the houses potential situation as possible.

Finding a home is one of the biggest expenses a couple faces and it can be a terrifying process. Zach was amazing to say the least as he represented our interests well and even calmed our nerves. He showed us a number of homes that met our needs and when we found the “one” before it was published, he was instrumental in helping us purchase it at a fair price and helped do the job of the listing agent who was not timely in getting us closing information or even the info we needed to remove subjects.
