From a Buyers perspective, my family had an awful experience with Zach Gellens who represents Berkshire. When we first met Zach as the Sellers agent, at the open house, he told my wife and I that the home was going to be a “bidding war.” Appearing to over inflate the Sellers expectations and mislead Buyers that competition was fierce.
