Ordered online through FTD. First picture is what I ordered, and second is what was sent. This is not $115.00 worth of flowers. They added more weeds, rather than more flowers since they didn't have the right flowers. I wouldn't complain if they would've added more flowers instead of all the weeds. Counting delivery fees & tax $144.00 not happy at all. Third picture is flowers from a grocery store for $18. It's obvious the $18 beat the $144
I cannot say enough on what wonderful service I received. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this florist. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again to the team for going that extra mile for our little guy.
The staff was really nice and helpful but I ordered something for delivery that was time sensitive on Saturday. Never git a call that it wasn’t going to be out in time. It got delivered Monday with no call, or communication. I still got charged full price and no option to cancel even though it wasn’t delivered on time.
Top notch for fall/harvest flowers
I’ve used this florist for all years of my kids’ homecomings. Yesterday at 2:09 I called and was told I would receive an email when my order was placed. This morning I called at 9:15 to cancel and was told no refunds. Never received an email receipt. Won’t get my business again.
