Very helpful with a last minute rose and vase. Nice people!!
Was very disappointed in the vase used, nothing like what I ordered on line. I paid more for the vase. Please don’t put pictures online if you aren’t going to do them. I have used you many times and this was really unacceptable.
Ordered online through FTD. First picture is what I ordered, and second is what was sent. This is not $115.00 worth of flowers. They added more weeds, rather than more flowers since they didn't have the right flowers. I wouldn't complain if they would've added more flowers instead of all the weeds. Counting delivery fees & tax $144.00 not happy at all. Third picture is flowers from a grocery store for $18. It's obvious the $18 beat the $144
I cannot say enough on what wonderful service I received. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this florist. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again to the team for going that extra mile for our little guy.
