Bought a vehicle here and it was advertised as having a power moonroof and navigation. Once the vehicle arrived it did not have either. I reached out to Doug P. at the auction and he said sorry it could not be arbitrated due to the amount of money we paid for it. We paid for a car with a moonroof and navigation. There is a difference between false advertising and arbitrating a failure with the car. Ridiculously small transport lot, no one to help run you in and out like all other auctions to get your cars. So transport just piles up on the street. This has been an issue for years. FIGURE IT OUT.
