horrible... ordered a part. they sent the wrong one. wasn't even the one in the picture and when i returned it the kept my money and didn,t replace the part didnt update me on the status or anything.. it was a dip stick.. they said it was damage but i only try to put it in my car and it was to long... and im thinking these people know what they doing and is legit.... legit bs
FRAUDULENT COMPANY, SCAMPS IN POWER!!!! I am really very disappointed and very angry with Z1 Motorsports USA !!! Those are real crooks because they don't send all the parts ordered and paid for!!!! No proof of sending parts, accessories not available in stock, no compensation and no recourse possible of course because outside the European Union !!!! Over thousands of dollars spent at z1, and they forgot to send a part. Talked to them over and over and they continued to just fight with me and told me just to buy it again. If you can get your parts somewhere else do your best to! Customer service is some of the worst I've ever had.
Have no problem overcharging you for everything. Not a customer-centric company at all. Only use them as a last resort.
Horrible service. Overcharged, refused to reimburse when they made a mistake. Did not follow customer instructions. And when explained did not correct issue. Never shopping there again.
