RecommendedI have absolutely enjoyed my experience here at Zaragon West! The staff is amazing!! They always say hello and know everyone's names. They truly make an effort to make their residents feel at home. I have lived in a single unit here for two years and have had no problems. This was by FAR the quietest apartment complex. I'm looking for someone to take over my 2B2B lease at Zaragon West for 2018/2019 . Don't get me wrong - I absolutely love the unit but due to change of plans, I can't stay there anymore. Please message me if you are interested, or just call to say you're interested in unit 9x04 (which is my unit). Thank you! I have spent a significant amount of time at Zaragon West with friends, and wish I lived here as a student. The apartments are spacious, clean, have every necessary amenity. The location is unbeatable. The views are outstanding. Neopapolis below is healthy, affordable, and quick. The gym is convenient and super inviting. I've been living here since the day it opened, so it's been nearly 5 years. In 5 years, I have had no issues. I cannot begin to say how amazing ZW is, and the management team is the best you'll find. Jim, the property manager, is the man: extremely professional, organized, and gets requests filled asap. Moe the Maintenance Man will fix anything in record time. Beware that the walls in Zaragon West are paper thin. You will be able to hear your neighbors having even normal conversations. If the neighboring apartment likes to play music or watch TV at 3am in the morning, then you can forget about getting a good night's sleep. I lived here for one semester, and my grades and sleep suffered because of the constant noise at night.
