Big O tires is no place to go. Went in to get a tire patched. Was told not only do I need Patch but my air pressure sensor was bad and its like $75. Im not stupid so im like patch the tire. Then they bring it out without the valve stem which included the sensor and installed a regular valve stem. Which i was charged for of course. Promptly go to another tire store have the valve stem with the sensor reinstalled and bam no problems with it. Cons!!! Dont shop there.

My experience is not so recent. 2 years ago, I came in to get my radio wires looked at and possibly re-wired. I was told that this was anywhere from a 6-12 hour job. I said that's fine, let's set it up. And the employee then told me how much they charge per hour, and again I said that's fine. The employee then told me I couldn't afford this.
