RecommendedI have been a repeat customer and will continue to give them my business! They have done an amazing job on my window renting and remote start! The sales reps are well educated and helpful and the installers do amazing work! Looking forward to getting my new stereo installed in the future!
Customer service is phenomenal all the way around! The sales team is great and know their products well. They always make sure their customer is satisfied with any work they have done whether it’s detailing, or installation of a new sound system.
I received my back still dirty, the cup holders were not cleaned well and it smells horrible. It don’t smell clean at all. There areas on the car where the cleaning supplies was worked on well and other spots where it looks and feels greasy.
It took me so long to leave a comment because I was out of state since January. I am in the military was stationed in New York. I bought a new F150 in November. Came home in leave to Terre haute in December. I got the undercoating Paint and inside of my vehicle done. I also did the porcelain thing they offered for the paint(cuz they said it would protect against hairline scratches. I went back to January. End of May I took it to a car wash. they are quick to get info from you then run back to the counter and ignore that your even in the store still. the sales person I talked with less them a minute after walking into the store. has been on 5 phone calls, has spoke to several other customers, and has carried on multiple conversations with coworkers in the last 30 minutes. and has yet to get back to me. see photo attached. the sales person I have dealt with has long hair and sunglasses on the top of his head

The most disrespectful, rude, no customer service skills employees. This place is a disgrace to all other tire shops. How is this place even still open?
