I wanted to say thank you to Za Salon they were a life saver by having a last minute opening the morning of my one year anniversary picture shoot. I was able to schedule with Caroline who was new and it happened to be her first day! She was so sweet and conversated with me the whole time, really made me feel like I was speaking with a friend! I highly recommend this salon and schedule with Caroline if you get the chance.

I waited two weeks before writing this review because I wanted time to process everything and make sure I was being fair. My biggest issue is that I was extremely clear with my stylist, Emma, that I did NOT want my natural grow-out touched. Despite communicating this, my natural hair was colored. I have documentation of my communication regarding this, so there is no question about what I requested. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Za Salon! This was my first time going to a hair salon here in St. Augustine where I truly felt like someone knew exactly what they were doing when it came to blonde highlights. I’ve been back in the States for about a year and a half, and unfortunately, my last experience with a hairstylist was a complete disaster.
