Z and R is not to be trusted. DISHONEST. Forget about service with this company. They take your money and blow you off. They are a disgrace. Darren Burns is an ass. No stars for this clown
I have been extensively harassed and accused that one of my tenants has not picked up dog poop, when I know for certain that the tenant and dogs were not even present for the time period in question. Then after levying a $2500 fine, they have been completely unresponsive. I cannot get through to Hector Combest. He will not res[nd to email or phone calls. He is supposedly "working from home." But he cannot be reached. This is the worst property "management" company in existence.
This company does not: Answer their phone or respond to email inquiries. They are incompetent and inconsistent. I finally have decided to post reviews due to the severity and gravity of their actions: They have requested homeowners to bring in outsider contractors during COVID-19 outbreak for non-emergent situations or they will deactivate our access to the community - which is gated. DORA and CDPHE both stated to me this was in violation of State orders and continuing the spread of this deadly disease.
I have worked with Z&R for over three years as a board member and president of my HOA. I have found this company to be always professional, courteous, and very accommodating to the needs of our community. I would recommend them to anyone for property management needs. Frank Ward
