I've never had ANY issues at this salon, I'm happy to pay for such a luxurious service. The atmosphere is relaxing and everyone is kind. For a busy mom like me, who is usually putting stylish needs last, I expect a successful service. I take very good care of my hair, and I've been growing it out, hair color free for over a year! It's seriously heartbreaking to walk out realizing the "very simple, small trim, keep all of my length please hair cut" was not what I received.
