My reservation was cancelled. When I contacted Sonesta, the 2nd person, told me it was permanently closed. Put me in a bad spot but understand this happens.
Hotel is permanently closed!! Received cancellation from Sonesta 2 weeks before my trip.
My primary concern was the way I was treated by the receptionist as they had no concern over an issue I experienced while booking. This is another hotel with poor treatment of IHG members. There is a second company that owns condominiums in this hotel and rents them under Airbnb. I had no choice but to reserve my stay through Airbnb instead because IHG didn't allow me to use my points or anniversary nights for my stay.
