This hotel was closed by the city. At one time this was an awesome hotel but due to extremely poor management the hotel fell into ruins. They failed to make improvements and necessary repairs. Additionally the mismanagement resulted in a cash flow problem that ruined them. I hope they remodel this place, open the restaurant again, and clean house and get competent management. It was once an awesome hotel and I hope it becomes that again.

CLOSED due to lack of electricity. Request a refund if you have reservations! Sad :( used to be a really cool property!
Most of these south beach properties are victims of circumstances. Over hyped stories of an era lost in time. Definitely NOT family friendly.
