Responded promptly
I've purchased a vehicle from this dealing in the past therefore, I went back to them. My credit union refused to give an authorization number for the purchase because the vehicle came back in their search as a total loss. I paid for a Carfax report and there it was total loss. Beware of this dealer.

We showed you the autocheck and You pulled a Carfaxit showed NO ACCIDENT! This vehicle was priced very reasonable for what it is. You were going back and forth with your credit union to purchase this vehicle. If the the credit union would have finance you you would have purchased this vehicle. You have purchased several vehicles from us before in the past and never had a problem. What is the real reason you complaining about our service.
Cars were not ready to show: Lost keys, dead battery, dirty, flat tire... The same was true a couple of years ago when I visited.

This seems like someone trying to be mean with a fake profile. If you have any issues contact us directly 504-818-1616 so we can work out any issues you may have. If the vehicle is not ready for sale or being advertised when a customer comes to see it it will not be ready.
Easy deal things went well
I do not have the wherewithal to purchase this vehicle at the moment, but it is a great vehicle and a great buy. I spoke to a saleswoman who called me from this dealership, and she was very helpful.
Dealer secretary was friendly but I wasn't able to make it there after work.
They called left message -we already bought a car.
Great place the people there were very nice and helpful. We found exactly what we were looking for at a great price and warranty
