I’m writing this review on behalf of a friend who works in caulking. He completed a large caulking job for Z Homes Pty Ltd, but they never paid him. He has contacted them several times asking for his payment, but they keep making excuses and false promises. This kind of dishonest behavior is completely unacceptable. This builder is the worst, I did a job for him and he doesn’t want to pay for it, keep saying that will pay later but it’s been like that for months, anyone who sees this, do not work for this builder or make any kind of deal with them since they are untrustworthy

I had a very disappointing experience with them.They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I worked with them for several months, and during that time they constantly made promises they never kept. They don’t pay their subcontractors, delay payments for weeks or months, and keep changing stories to avoid taking responsibility. I had a very disappointing experience with Z Homes and its owner, Zid Ud Din. The communication was poor, the project was handled unprofessionally, and I felt that my time and money were not respected. I strongly recommend that others do thorough research before making any investment with this company.
