AVOID Z HOMES AT ALL COSTS! Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable. They abandoned our construction site without warning, claimed payment for incomplete work, and then vanished. Despite repeated promises to resume work, they've consistently lied and failed to deliver. Their lack of accountability and blatant dishonesty is appalling. Will never recommend them. They signed the contract, took 5% advance payment and delayed the project. In serious breach of contract and upon termination haven't refunded my 5% payment yet despite of daily commitments and he confirming that today I will pay. Very dodgy and shifty person. Do not work with this guy. One more thing he is using other's licence for building contract like these days he is using Cifti Group or B Homes so watchout.
