It is a friendly place for a person if you are shy are embarrassed about your weight don't worry here you are not going to be talked about are intimidated. It is truly like a family. Like it has been said the family that prays together stays together. Tuesday nights there prayer. So you will be taken care of physically and spiritually. You will love it.
Best instructor in town, fun workout with motivation. Keeps your body moving. I'll give instructor 5 stars,
