Norma Cook at Z-Cuts has been doing my hair since I became a student on limited or no income. My normal hair dresser did an Exceptional Job on my hair, but without the six figure income I received before retiring in 2003 when I relocated to Las Vegas, I couldn't afford his rates for just walking in the door.
