POOR SERVICE. POOR APPPOINTM,ENTS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. INSISTED I MADE APPOINTMENTS A YEAR OUT I SCHEDULED MY VACATION AROUND MY APPOINTMENTS. WHEN I FLEW HOME THEY DID NOT HONOR MY APPOINTMENT.
