go somewhere else – Hrmm.... Says something when you find reviews that only have 1 and 5 star ratings. Big time gamble, and I lost. Maybe they didn't like me. worse audio place to go – I was refered there by a friend saying they hook you up so i went to check it out. they gave me a good deal on a head unit said id fit perfectly in my car. i went home to install it with my buddies and the stuff didnt fit, i call them a couple days later cause i made it work and they say oh i cant give u your money back only store credit. they do a horrible job installing stuff and a horrible job on giving u the right thing and have to many hidden policys they dont tell you about. BEST AUDIO EXPERTS IN ORANGE COUNTY!!! – I had a serious problem (or at least I thought it was serious) with the audio system in my Toyota. I visted numerous audio shops and I spent alot of money trying to get it fixed. Then I was refferred to ZAUTOSOUND by TOYOTA of ORANGE. My problem was fixed at a much more reasonable price and time than I expected. THANK YOU GUYS FOR A JOB WELL DONE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! -I recommend ZAUTOSOUND to everybody!
Terrible experience – Terrible customer service and they cheat you. I came in to get two 6x9 Alpine SD speakers installed in my civic. I bought them from a friend and so they had been rolling around in my trunk for a few months so i wanted to make sure they were still working. So i asked the manager to test them before installing them. He said no problem and so I came back 2 hours later only for him to tell me that the one of the speakers is blown out. I trust him... The BEST in O.C – Let me recommend this store to the shopper with any car stereo need, helping staff, great products, reasonable prices, quality work which is very important to me. I had been shopping for a navigation with bluetooth , I went to several stores and got many quotes, every one was giving me the run around, till I asked my buddy and he recommended Z Autosound, so now I'm doing the same. At the end I was very pleased with they're service, they explained every thing I needed to know before leaving they're shop.
Crooks! – Horrible service, and they Lie! I left my car with Brian all day because they say they give a life time warranty on installs and he didn't even look at it! He just said the speaker was bad without even testing it. I took it home to find out the real problem and found that they hadn't even installed the tweeters I gave them to install and I was able to fix the original problem by simply tightening a screw on the Amp. Poor installation – My installation was done very half-ass, not as bad as the duct tape story, but instead of using brackets, they used glue! When I took the dash off and looked for myself, it looked very sloppy and quickly fashioned together. And what ticked me the most is that they specifically told me and charged me for new brackets to install the stereo. But when I checked for myself, there were no new brackets. I wish I could say these guys are running an honest business, but this leads me to believe otherwise.
Go to Z Auto for Quality Work – Every vehicle I own (6) has been serviced by Z Auto and I reccomend them to everyone I know who needs car stereo work done. Every one of them has been pleased with the service as well.
Some people just can't be pleased. I was very happy. – Z Autosound has worked on 4 of my cars in the last 6 years, from in dash navigation upgrades to massive custom subwoofer installs. They tinted all my cars, they put underglow lights on all my cars and they built everything custom in each car. They are a talented group of guys. The most impressive part is the cost!
