I made a bad decision when I drove my car to this business. My battery had died and AAA came to my location, charged it and I drove off to normal business. Then I noticed that my Sirius satellite radio audio was not working. I drove to Z Sound to have the problem corrected. I ended up with Sirius working again and my CD player NOT working. Everything worked great including my CD player when I drove into Z sound but now my CD player does not work. Killer job !!! – Listen i had a great experience at Z Auto Sound, Ferris, Kevin and Ed all where helpful and sold me what I wanted, never felt pressured. I had a show quality system put in my truck and haven't had a problem since. All the people complaining about time don't get it, it takes time for quality installs you want your car back in an hour with a crappy install go to Best Buy. Customize your Ride – I showed up after hours, and the door was locked, they let me in as soon as they saw me, and took the time to show and explain to me different options to upgrade my stock car radio and speakers, Set me up with a appointment for installation the next day, they were quick, clean and professional, I am very happy with my new Alpine system, Many thanks to Big Mike and Staff!

Exceptional customer service! – So I never write reviews and didn't even have a citysearch account until today, but felt compelled to write a good review for these guys. After calling about a half dozen or so shops to find someone to install by complicated Pioneer AVIC system along with a backup cams, I came across these guys. Best service ever! SERIOUSLY!! – Everywhere we went we kept getting the run around because our sound system was so old...these guys not only took the time to figure out what the problem was, they actualy fixed our sound rather than trying to sell us in to something new like everyone else had tried to do! I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO WORK WITH AN HONEST GROUP OF GUYS.

WORST SERVICE EVER – AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS PLACE.... I was hesitant to bring my new car here from past experiences and the bad word of mouth you hear from anyone else. The audio shop across the street was closed so I went here on impulse. I just got an amp installed to my stock radio. They said it would only take 90 minutes. They kept giving me the run around.
