I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The person in charge, an older man who appears to be the boss, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. I witnessed him yelling and harshly scolding one of his employees in front of customers, which was upsetting and uncomfortable to watch. I had previously brought my car in for an alignment, but the issue wasn’t resolved.
