they do a great job cleaning carpets. We have 3 kids and 2 dogs and while i vacuum and use a home steam cleaner it just doesn't make the carpet look as good. Once Y&Y cleans the carpet it looks like new. We went through 4 other services before we found them and have been using their services for the last 3 years.
