Very disappointing experience at the Patty Johnson location on Lewis. We were told the pool was “laps only” and that our children could not swim, despite having done so before. Staff were dismissive and made us feel unwelcome and embarrassed. This was handled unprofessionally and inconsistently. They did let us know open swim is earlier which are the hours our kids are just getting out of school and we can't make that time.
