Doesn't take member concerns seriously especially about women!! men members can harass and creep out young girls and workers and the CEO and fitness lady Stacie know about it and dont do anything at all. hypocrites!
I have only been a member since March. In that time , one of the hot tubs has never been working or filled up, and the other one has broken twice and it has been a week, still no hot tub. Locker room showers are disgusting. There is mold, mildew, hair, it’s gross. The walls of the showers are slimy, one doesn’t even have a shower head, one pops off all the time, one has no handle.
