I'm still staying at the YWCA and I just LOVE THIS PLACE,IT'S THE GREATEST!!!
They left my kids and I homeless after escaping an abusive relationship. Then they proceeded to donate our belongings because when having no where to stay no where to bring our stuff that is their policy! Their policy is to donate at the end of the rope woman's belongings after 3 days.... I am beyond upset with the heartless nature of the advocates that work here. I was better off in my horrible hell of a relationship because this place left me more empty.... and now my belongings are funding their program.
I want to say thank you to all the staff at the ywca for helping me in time of need and for helping me get into my place since I have lived for the last 4 years without the ywca I don't know where I would be today but the staff are so caring and understanding and so very helpful
