I first reached out to Dr. Thomas for grief counseling after losing my mom. Prior to meeting her, I had the mindset that I didn't need to talk to anyone about the way I felt; that I could handle grief on my own. Boy, was I wrong. Very nice place
I have never had a more positive experience in therapy than I have had with Dr. Thomas. I came to her at a particularly low point in my personal and professional life. She was always compassionate and honest in her feedback, providing me with professional guidance in how to better my life, my relationships, and my career. I can't say enough about how appreciative I am of what she has done for me.
I was a patient of Dr. Thomas’ for about 6 years and I can honestly say she helped me immensely. Prior to meeting her, I had some poor experiences with therapy but once I found her services, I was provided a safe and non judgmental space to share and heal.
