Dr. Hsu was my third opinion for my needed surgery. She is experienced, knowledgable, and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision. The staff is responsive and caring. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with her.
My experience with Dr. Hsu was truly 5 stars. I am so thrilled I chose to do the surgery with Dr. Hsu and use the Common Spirit Holy Cross Hospital. Everything about my overnight care was outstanding, The hospital was amazing, the nursing staff attentive and I felt calm and cared for every step of the way. My recovery has been much easier than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Hsu to anyone. She was fantastic and her office was especially attentive.
Had a prolapsed uterus. I am now 6 weeks out from my appointment. From my first appointment to my follow up Dr. Hsu was very knowledgeable and came highly recommended. My recovery was surprisingly easy thanks to her skill in surgery! I am grateful I listened to my gynecologist and came here. I am one year out. I healed amazingly. I have had no pain or complications. Everything is better down there than before kids! So glad I went with her!
Did not close the door either time after examination and urine sample, leaving me exposed on the table to the open door. Made me walk barefoot through the office into the bathroom covered in a sheet. Told me to disregard years of other doctor’s opinions because hers was superior after one 15 minute examination where she said she would examine laying down and standing, when asked if she was still going to do the preferred standing exam she said no, even though patient requested it. Dr. Hsu was attentive and thorough at my consultation. She and her team are kind and respectful. Dr. Hsu is easy to talk to and very informative without being arrogant or dismissive. I decided to proceed with a procedure that has allowed me to return to long distance running. I’m exceedingly pleased with the results and would highly recommend Dr. Hsu and her team.
