Well I am up to training 4 times w week now and with drinking Shakology each day, I'm feeling like a million bucks. I have never worked you have great trainer s, Preston, Kim,, David and Yvette for the past year and a half. My body has changed completely.... I love these guys!
I had a personal training session with Yvette and must say she was the most attentive, encouraging, and informative trainer I've worked with. She took her time explaining why she put specific exercises together and how I could maximize my workout time. A sweet little friendly gym!
