RecommendedGreat gym! The atmosphere that Yvette and team have created is extremely positive with everyone wanting to help one another. The classes are outstanding - small - almost like having a shared personal trainer. They watch form, breathing, etc to ensure you do the exercise correctly. Highly recommend.
Caring trainers, great workout partners! The exercise programs are both cardio and strength and are adjusted to fit the needs of individual. Small classes! Owner is very caring and involved in promoting a healthy atmosphere. An exciting family friendly membership.

Yvette & her team have cultivated an environment where people of all ages & fitness levels can come & feel comfortable while still being challenged. I just participated in my first Thinner Winner & am so pleased with the results & overall experience. Check this place out!
